Michelle is a wonderful teacher. Her classes are great fun. Every class we are learning to be more flexible. To be strong in our movements, balanced on our feet, and be in rhythm with the music. A great work out and a great time.

Michelle is a lovely person who teaches us to be present & mindful of our bodies & what our bodies are trying to tell us. After all,our bodies are only our physical vehicle in this world. We are so much more than just physical beings. We are emotional & spiritual bodies as well. Michelle helps us to bring all those bodies together so we can live in "oneness" within ourselves.
